What is believed to be a ground-breaking new product - 'As Pressed' ready-sized ceramic inserts - will be launched at MACH 2002. The inserts are some 20% lower in cost and life increased by 30%.
The new catalogue has over 40 new product lines that cover a vast array of tooling requirements.
The cutters are available in a host of sizes with numerous flutes and helix angles with square, ball nosed or chamfering tools.
The tooling is capable of machining a wide selection of materials across a multitude of industry sectors.
The tooling is available in seven different product lines.
The Apex-Mill series has been launched specifically for high speed machining and hardened steels; the Uni-Mill series is designed for general purpose; the Alu-Mill is for aluminium machining; the Star-Mil series is for difficult to machine materials; the Dia-Mill series is designated to graphite machining while the Rib and Rough-Mill series are designed for rib and roughing processes respectively.
The new range of cutters has been proven to extend tool life considerably as well as cutting cycle times significantly.
