TaeguTec reports MACH 2006 "a complete success" wheree it demonstrated turning, drilling and milling products that included the new Chase F-Ball, the ChaseFeed and the ChaseMini.

The UK's premier manufacturing event - MACH 2006 - held at Birmingham NEC was a complete success for TaeguTec as the company gave a string of innovative new products their UK exhibition launch on stand 5646.

The TaeguTec stand undoubtedly stood out from the designs of competitor stands.

The well illuminated and colourful design with display cabinets shaped like cutting tools was a crowd puller and the stand generated more visitors than most at the show.

One visitor of particular importance was Jacob Harpaz the president of the IMC Group of companies.

The group that encompasses Iscar, TaeguTec and Ingersoll among others has recently been acquired in a deal that sees Berkshire Hathaway acquire 80% of the group in a transaction that values IMC at US$5 billion.

On the stand, TaeguTec demonstrated an impressive array of turning, drilling and milling products that included the new Chase F-Ball, the ChaseFeed and the ChaseMini.

The TaeguTec milling line was demonstrated on a Kondia HM-1060 Portal Bridge Type Vertical Machining Centre.

The Chase F-Ball, ChaseFeed and Bull Cutter designed for the mould and die sector highlighted their capabilities on P20 Tool Steel.

Ideal for use on similar materials will be the successful new ChaseMini line of cutters.

The rapidly growing popularity of the line has seen TaeguTec quickly add new products to the line that include the new four and seven tooth AXMT06 tools and inserts added to the end mills, modular systems, extended flute end mills and face cutter ranges.

Alongside the tools demonstrated on the machining centre was the turning tools, at MACH TaeguTec gave its UK launch to the internal turning T-Holder, T-Clamp and the T-Cap multi-function cutting tools.

The multi function tools have quickly gained a reputation as the outstanding products in the marketplace and the interest generated at MACH demonstrated why.

Customers and visitors to the stand were extremely impressed with the TaeguTec product line-up and the new innovations provided a record number of enquiries.
