The ChaseFeed Plus is a 6-sided insert that is designated for operation at ultra high feed machining.

Capable of comfortably cutting at 4.5mm/tooth with a 2mm depth of cut, the new cutter is available with the new TT9080, TT8030 and TT7080 insert grades.

The cutter has a revolutionary clamping structure that delivers a stable and consistent performance when conducting high feed milling and deep pocket machining.

Specifically designed for cavity and high feed machining, the ChaseFeed Plus is available as an end mill or face milling cutter.

The new cutter is well suited to machining carbon steel, pre-hardened steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron and ductile cast iron.

When used on carbon steel the tool life is improved by 50% in comparison to previous products.

On alloy tool steel the productivity is enhanced by 140% credit to the increased tool life and reduced cycle times.
