Pressed ceramic inserts up cutting performance
To be launched at MACH 2002 is a product that will revolutionise the metal cutting industry's use of ceramic inserts for turning and grooving, dramati- cally improving tool-life and cutting speeds.
However, it was the recently launched innovations from TaeguTec that drew the crowds.
During the four day exhibition many end-users visited the TaeguTec booth to witness the latest product launches from the company.
With an extensive range of new products on show, visitors to the stand were impressed by the new LS Mill Plus and ChaseFeed Plus milling products demonstrated by TaeguTec.
With regard to turning tools and new grade introductions TaeguTec showcased the new TT5100 and TT5030 insert grades for reduced cutting friction and built-up edges when machining mild steel, stainless steel and other difficult to cut materials.
Also on show was the T-CAST TT7310 grade.
Developed specifically for high performance turning applications on ductile cast iron, the cemented coated carbide insert follows extensive development work by the TaeguTec R and D team.
These exceptional new products plus many more were the highlight of the show and visitors to the TaeguTec stand were thoroughly pleased with the support of the staff on hand to talk through the benefits of the new products.
The TaeguTec presence at the exhibition is yet another mark of the company's intentions to deliver its innovative new products to the global marketplace through its strenuous marketing campaign.
