Cutting and forming polystyrene for fun
TB Davies (Cardiff) provided the polystyrene for a giant red nose as part of a fund raiser event for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day at RAF Marham.
TB Davies recently supplied polystyrene to make up a giant red nose for RAF Marham and their charity Tornado Pull Cardiff-based firm TB Davies are more widely known for access equipment, but a division of the business is also tasked with cutting and forming polystyrene for packaging and insulation

The event was a fund raiser for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day.
A team of 26 volunteers from RAF Marham in Norfolk, including the Station Commander, pulled the 17 tonne Tornado a total of 300 metres.
The giant polystyrene red nose helped get everyone into the spirit of things and as a result they raised approximately GBP1,000.
TB Davies were delighted to contribute and be involved with such a worthy cause.
Although cutting and forming giant body parts is not the norm for the Cardiff firm, they have been involved in some unusual productions - including stage sets for plays and pantomimes, as well as structures for Children in Need and Doctor Who.
This certainly makes a difference to cutting bolt boxes and sheet.
