Many of our customers will know the number of the part that they want, so they can check quickly and easily whether we have it in stock.
If the part number isn't known, then clicking the 'Call Me Back' button on the Web site and entering a name and telephone number sends an immediate alert to our spares warehouse to enable a technical expert to call back to advise on the spare - at no cost to the customer." He continued: "We have established extremely favourable terms for our supply of pumps and spares and pass these on to our customers.
We believe our prices are the most competitive around and we're always prepared to discuss pricing in the unlikely event of a cheaper quote being received".
The company holds more than 25,000 stock items valued at over GBP 500,000 in its UK warehouse.
Same day dispatch is offered for all orders for stock items received before 4 pm (16.00h).
