The world leader in deephole drilling equipment and tools has opened a new production facility in Ann Arbor, MI.

The world leader in deephole drilling equipment and tools has opened a new production facility in Ann Arbor, MI.

TBT will operate under the name TBT Automotive Division in close cooperation with its sister company Nagel Precision In the Ann Arbor facility TBT will be build and service machines for the North and Central American market.

Together, the two companies can offer tooling and machining solutions for a number of operations: deephole drilling; endfinishing; honing and polishing.

One of TBT's top selling deephole drilling machines is the ML series.

This machine is available in a 1; 2; 3; 4 and 6-spindle versions.

These machines are designed as a completely self-containing system.

Equipped with high frequency motor spindles, this series of machines is designed to drill holes ranging from 0.85mm (0.034in) up to 25mm (1in).

These machines can even be equipped with automatic loading devices.
