TBT's newest line of TBT/Nagel machines is specially designed for gundrilling applications where a high level of flexibility and accuracy are required.

The DM-series gundrilling machines combine American cost-cutting ingenuity with German gundrilling technology.

The heavy-duty machines are built in Ann Arbor, MI and incorporate linear roller guideways and a precision ballscrew.

For smaller drill diameters the machines are offered with direct drive motor spindles to eliminate vibrations.

Drill depth, feed rates and spindle speeds are programmable to facilitate set-up.

The workpiece clamping system is modular and allows clamping in chucks, collets or special fixtures, with or without counter rotation.

The machines are offered with 1-4 spindles which can be arranges on one or multiple drill slides.

With the new DM-series machine, TBT/Nagel has brought its high-quality machinery into the reach of smaller users that require quality, combined with flexibility.
