Appointment strengthens Transmode sales

Transmode has announced the appointment of Bjorn Andersson as a new member of the management team and as Vice President of Sales During 2006 Transmode increased sales by over 150 percent, exceeding $50 Million in revenue and added over 40 new customers

The strengthening of the organisation is a result of Transmode's strategy to continue to make the company more customer oriented.

Bjorn Andersson brings vast experience of strategic management and solution sales within the telecom industry.
Prior to the appointment, Bjorn was the Director of Transmode's Solutions Group.
His previous management roles include Account Manager at Sycamore Networks and Product Manager at Ericsson Telecom.
In his new role as Vice President of Sales, Bjorn Andersson will have global responsibility for Transmode's sales organisation and sales strategy.
"Transmode is very well positioned for continued growth in 2007 and beyond and I look forward to be actively involved in bringing the company to the next level," commented Bjorn Andersson.
