The Testo 300-I is an easily portable handheld professional flue gas analyser that is competitively priced specifically for the industrial sector Despite its compact size, the Testo 300-I gives the kind of measuring accuracy normally associated with much larger measuring systems, is simple to operate and also easy and cost effective to maintain

The Testo 300-I measures O2, CO and temperature as standard and can be configured to measure either NO or SO2 in addition.

Other options include flue gas velocity, mass flow and volume flow measurement, differential pressure measurement and flue gas dew point calculation.

The Testo 300-I calculates the efficiency of combustion processes and is ideal for adjusting all types of industrial burners to their optimum settings in order to save fuel and reduce overall running costs - all important in the context of the Climate Change Levy.

The Testo 300-I flue gas analyser also helps in servicing and maintaining industrial burners, ensuring that production processes run at optimum efficiency.

With the ability to upgrade and measure NO or SO2 the Testo 300-I is also ideal for applications such as monitoring emissions from potentially polluting processes, quickly providing assurance that levels are within permitted legal requirements, or rapidly indicating where a problem with excessive emission levels exists, allowing the engineer to take immediate steps to rectify the problem.

The Testo 300-I can be used with the Testo printer via an infra-red link, in order to produce timed and dated on site print outs of measurements.

Alternatively, data can be stored and transferred for further analysis on a PC.

Batteries and measuring cells can be easily changed on site, keeping servicing costs down and minimising downtime for the Testo 300-I.
