Compressed air and fluid process systems specialists, Thorite, have launched the Autumn Edition of their highly comprehensive 'Air Power special offers' publication.
This 15kW compressor includes advanced energy efficient technology and is complete with air drier/receiver.
Thorite also fitted a new pipework system throughout the plant, to provide the pneumatic power requirements for both moulding processes and air tools.
The installation is designed to provide sufficient compressed air capacity to cope with a planned increase in demand for RSL Steeper's innovative product range.
The company, said Thorite to manufacturingtalk.com, is now one of the largest suppliers of prosthetic and orthotic patient care services in the UK.
The Leeds production plant specialises in the manufacture of prosthetic and orthotic componentry, including the new upper extremity Myo electric system, an electronically powered hand that offers flexibility, performance and ease of use.
