A host of new features have also been incorporated to ease general system administration and to improve a user's ability to review data when it is needed.

Best known for its market leading LIMS products (SampleManager and Nautilus), chromatography data system solution (Atlas) and data archival and knowledge management solution (eRecordManager), Thermo's informatics business was formerly known as Thermo LabSystems and Thermo Galactic.

Statistical quality control is essential in the day to day running of industrial processes and has a key role in optimizing productivity.

The SampleManager SQC module provides the power and flexibility to monitor all laboratory data over time.

Trend analysis is also incorporated to provide advanced warning that a process may be out of statistical control.

The latest enhancements to the SampleManager SQC module include: Improved access to underlying data in a chart.
