Robag 3 form, fill and seal machine
TNA will display a robag3 rotary triple jaw machine at ProSweets, 29th January through 1st February, 2007, Koelnmesse Hochhaus, Hall 10.1, Aisle C, booth #028.
Founded in 1982 in Sydney, Australia by Alf and Nadia Taylor, the company has never veered from its core values.
"Our customers value our company's honest approach to designing appropriate technology that fits 'real world' conditions," says Nadia Taylor.
"During our 25th anniversary celebrations, we will thank our customers for their continued support, as we look forward to another 25 more." In 1983, tna released its patented robag vertical form fill and seal machine and has since launched two new generations of robag baggers and the roflo, a patented, servo-driven distribution system.

Tube labelling machine order illustrates trend
An ongoing industry trend is towards labelling tubes as opposed to using pre-decorated tubes; a trend that has been evident since the arrival of bespoke tube labelling machines.
The gateless roflo operates in a smooth, operator motion ensuring less product breakage and loss of flavor, consistent with tna's philosophy that simple is better and less parts mean less maintenance and a better machine.
Twenty-five years later, tna now offers a fully integrated turn-key packaging and processing line, that includes flavour systems, processing technology, distributors and accumulators, scales, date coders, metal detectors, and of course the robag.
The robag 3 now has the ability to summarize and collate information from all pieces of equipment.
The potential exists to then feed this data through to any PC, in real time.
This allows the production manager the freedom to monitor and analyse all activities at the moment of production from the comfort of his/her office without needing to attend the production floor.
Alf Taylor, managing director, says that staying a privately owned business, with the principals actively involved, has been beneficial for tna's customers.
"Although we have grown, customers still get the same high level of service and attention they came to expect when we first opened," says Taylor.
"We are listening to the market and our growth is based on a strategic plan to support food production companies," says Shayne De la Force, group marketing manager, tna.
"It is an exciting time for us".
"Three major areas of expansion have taken place that provided unprecedented opportunities for tna: geographic expansion, product expansion and new product applications".
"There is so much room for tna's continued steady growth in these directions." tna, has set the benchmark in the industry for vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) packaging systems, creating highly efficient machines, using less parts with a simple design to increase maximum output and flexibility.
Today, tna provides a complete line of products from its well known robag VFFS Baggers; roflo Product Distribution and Accumulation Equipment; Seasoning Systems; Multihead Scales; Checkweighers; Date Coders; Metal Detectors, Case Packers; Palletizers; and Complete Processing Equipment.
