Microwave moisture measurement in pressed boards
Tews Elektronik has produced a range microwave moisture measuring systems for use in all stages of the production of pressed board products such as MDF.
Hence, the product quality is strongly influenced by the moisture content.
TEWS offers moisture meters for the different stages of the production process and laboratory.
The advantages lead to very short amortisation period: - Quality control in laboratory and process control, - Fast and accurate, - Independence of colour and blend, - No grinding, - No influence of density and surface and - Measuring of the core moisture.
One option is the measurement of the density.
The calibration is easy to work out and long-term stable.
