Plastics tool-holders store CNC cutting tools

A Toolcraft Plastics (Swindon) product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Oct 18, 2002

Plastics tool-holders to contain CNC cutting tools are proving very economic compared with conventional cutting tool storage.

Toolcraft Plastics of Swindon have turned their experience in vacuum formed storage trays to the development of a range of tool-holders to contain CNC cutting tools.

Made in a tough low cost plastic, they are proving very economic compared with conventional cutting tool storage.

The current model, which when empty stacks for ease of storage, holds four tools with sufficient separation to ensure cutting edges have adequate clearance.

The low cost of in-house designed and produced mould tools allow Toolcraft to offer an economic customised service.
