The Newport-based plant, one of Panasonic's overseas facilities that specialises in fixed-line wireless telephones and PBX switchboards for businesses, has implemented Topaz EMS Payroll to eliminate the high costs, problems and stress of meeting tight outsourcing monthly deadlines.
