Second wire feed saves time and costs, as there is no need for additional setting up when using a general purpose welder for MIG/MAG, TIG and MIG brazing.

General-purpose use, favourable price-performance ratio, as well as economic advantages distinguish the new welding multi-talent TransPuls Synergic 2700 Duo-TIG The machine from Fronius works in MIG/MAG welding exactly as for TIG or electrode welding

Along with welding of e.g single or high-alloy steels and Aluminium, the craftsman can also join galvanised metals using MIG-brazing.

The second wire feed saves time and costs, as there is no need for additional setting up: A plus when using for demonstration or training purposes.

And because the whole thing costs less than the sum of the individual processes and equipment, the purchaser saves up to EUR 1,000 in comparison with individual machines when purchasing the multi-talent.

Starting with the tried and tested basic version TPS 2700 with 270 amp welding current (60% duty cycle at 250C), the "Duo-TIG" offers a few technical and application-orientated finesses.

Operation is extremely easy as the machine is completely digitalised and has integrated Synergic operation.

The welder controls his requirements, after selecting the material and sheet thickness, using only one button.

The process is supported by the programmed expert knowledge included as standard.

The gas control with central connection is a new feature for example.

It ensures gas feed to the welding torch without any losses.

The TIG-Comfort- Stop provides automatic down-slope and post-gas during TIG welding, preventing having to break the arc at the end of the weld.

The gas shield is guaranteed and the end crater solidifies perfectly.

Changing the wire always costs time.

An integrated, as well as an additionally installed wire feed increases the flexibility.

For example the welder can work with two different materials or diameters alternately, i.e "Duo" instead of "Uno".
