Advanced manufacturing centre opened in
UK
Advanced Manufacturing Centre for applied research into advanced manufacturing and product development is to link with European companies and educational establishments.
On October 20th, 2005, Industrial marking and traceability specialist Technifor took part in the official opening of the Northern Technologies Advanced Manufacturing Centre, a state-of-the-art technology and training facility based on the former Michelin tyre manufacturing site in Burnley, Lancashire Part of Northern Technologies, a business support and training group, the Advanced Manufacturing Centre provides facilities for applied research into advanced manufacturing and product development, forging links with companies and educational establishments across the UK and Europe
