Entyry level press brakes have
'crowning' system
An entry-level package CNC press brake, designed for easy and cost-efficient bending, feature a 4-cylinder electro-hydraulic ram drive with proportional valve technology for crowning.

Heavy duty laser profiler works through the night
Palletisation and latest control and diagnostics systems enable laser profiling system to cut dumper truck parts under 'lights out' conditions.
Two laser heads are three times better than one
In theory a twin-head laser profiler produces double the output of a 'normal' single-head machine.
Except in this case, it is around three times as productive!
They feature a 4-cylinder electro-hydraulic ram drive with proportional valve technology - giving a repeatability of +/-0.0004in - and a unique, patent-pending crowning system.
Thanks to automatic compensation for deflection between ram and bed in centred and off-centred loads, a uniform angle is maintained over the entire length of the bed.
Electronic compensation for spring-back of the machine frame is also standard.
Fast set-up is assured by the freely programmable CNC back gauge.
The three-level stop fingers provide an extremely large stop range in the X-axis and their adjustment is easily accomplished without compromising operator safety; stop fingers are released and clamped in one quick step.
In addition to shop-floor programming via modern graphic controller with flat LCD screen, data may be input via external PC.
Networking is optional.
The design of the back gauging table enables a wide range of parts to be processed on the machine including box sections and long, thin sheets for which optimal sheet support is provided.
Machine flexibility is complemented by the wide range of tooling options.
In addition to regular Trumpf tools, the design of the top beam and punch holders also enables the use of different conventional tool systems.
Two models complete the series, the TBV C60 and the TBV C110; their suffixes refer to tonnage which is respectively 600kN and 1100kN.
An increased bending length of 3110mm, bed width of 100mm and higher approach, press and return speeds in the Y axis are provided by the larger of the two models. Request a free brochure from Trumpf ...
