Heavy duty laser profiler works through the night
Palletisation and latest control and diagnostics systems enable laser profiling system to cut dumper truck parts under 'lights out' conditions.
Two laser heads are three times better than one
In theory a twin-head laser profiler produces double the output of a 'normal' single-head machine.
Except in this case, it is around three times as productive!
Up and downstroke speeds are now 220mm/s.
Accuracy is better by a factor of 2:1 and the range also benefits from Trumpf's own dedicated, interactive control.
This isn't just an upgrade, the basis of the V-Series is a radical new design.
Instead of two bulky hydraulic cylinders, the new press brake has four space-saving ones.
This results in even greater working area.
Press force is transferred uniformly to the press beam and therefore also to the tool ensuring even higher precision.
The greater cylinder surface also makes for better oil cooling and thereby yields higher speeds with minimal heat input.
Overall, the repeat accuracy is significantly greater.
The Trumpf backgauge system is equipped with an absolute measuring system that eliminates the need for referencing.
As soon as a new V-Series press brake is switched on, it is ready for production.
ACB angle measurement makes accurate bending even more simple.
The user can now read the bending results directly at the control monitor.
In addition, instead of four ACB sensors, the new V-series machines can be fitted with eight.
Improvements have also been made to the BendGuard system.
This self-locking safety system no longer has to be removed when mounting the upper tools. Request a free brochure from Trumpf ...
