The Pantera 9000 leak and flow tester plugs into any computer's USB port to form a flexible test system for bench or automated machines As many as 16 individual channels can be tested at the same time

Because the Pantera 9000 is a Pentium-based, production, leak tester; it runs all types of pressure and flow tests with extremely short cycle times.

Three tenths of one second is a typical test time for many small plastic and metal products, parts, and subassemblies.

Faster testing speed is achieved using 1.6 Gigahertz processors, non-conventional pneumatic circuit designs, high-speed signal scanning, and custom test control software.

Adding or changing programs is simplified because the Pantera software does much of the setup work.

Combinations of pressure decay, vacuum decay, flow rate, burst, occlusion, and many complicated tests can be conducted on a wide variety of devices in many industries.

Features: * Benchtop, laptop, and industrial computer versions.

* Accurate results using state-of-the-art signal conditioning.

* Simplified setup up using touchscreen or standard keyboard.

* 500 separate programs can be established and stored.

? Multiple program linking for varied test sequence.

* Barcode scanning to automatically select appropriate test program.

* One million test results stored on hard drive or flash memory.

* Date and time stamp on each test.

* Up to 16 simultaneous channels at high speed.

* Wide variety of inputs including pressure, flow, vacuum, temperature, etc.

* Remains current with latest operating system and modular software.

* Sensor and valves can be remoted for test circuit volume reduction.

* View current production data anywhere over Ethernet or internet.

* Cost per channel is less than conventional leak testers.
