Deep hole drilling capacity expanded
To extend its services to the mould and die and offshore oil industries, TBT UK has invested in a TBT BW 300 Table Boring Machine, built by its parent company Tiefbohrtechnik.
It also carries integrated process monitoring as part of its diagnostic features.
Furthermore the machine has a rotating tool and rotating component facility, thus reducing runout significantly.
The investment in this machine, will help TBT to realise and maximise the potential in certain sectors, such as the petro-chemical industry etc and endorse to the customer that we intend to stay at the forefront of deep hole boring/drilling technology.
This additional equipment will enable TBT UK, to offer even more capacity to those companies' who are looking to place work with the peace of mind, that only a company with TBT's reputation can provide.
