TBT UK is acquiring a deep hole boring machine to, both expand and complement its operation at their new site in Coleshill, near Birmingham.
The BW 300 machine has been developed by TBT Tiefbohrtechnik for those larger and heavier workpieces and has the capacity to take anything up to 25 tonne on the table.
Drilling capacity is from 4 - 80mm diameter x 2500mm deep (blind hole) and has the capability to carry out extensive, conventional machining operations, including pocket and thread milling.
TBT believes that this new investment - EUR 750,000 clearly demonstrates its total commitment to the customer, by offering them, not only the services of a top quality machine, but also improved delivery times.
