Thames Side-Maywood has extended its family of LeverMount load cell assemblies to include a new, larger mount designed to take 3000kg to 5000kg capacity load cells The innovative LeverMount assembly for process weighing applications is therefore now available in a comprehensive range, from 300kg to 5000kg

The LeverMount assembly was developed to allow fast installation and removal of a load cell without specialist equipment, significantly reducing installation costs.

It has a patented design which can be safely raised and lowered under load with no need for separate support pillars or external jacks.

Its combination of simplicity and ingenuity has already proven to be highly successful, with hundreds of units in service worldwide.

The original, stainless steel assembly is available with a choice of four single-ended shear beam load cells rated for 300kg, 500kg, 1000kg or 2000kg.

The new, larger assembly extends this range progressively through 3000kg to 5000kg, providing a wide choice for many different vessel weighing applications.

To ensure durability even in the harshest environments, the LeverMount loading assembly combines a simple, two-part mount cast in stainless steel with a fully-welded OIML C3, stainless steel load cell sealed to IP68.

The assembly can be configured for radial, tangential or offset mounting, allowing easy alignment during installation.

A substantial lift-off prevention capacity ensures safety and consistent accuracy.

The top plate is designed for linear and rotational movement to accommodate any misalignment of steelwork, and to prevent errors due to expansion and contraction of the vessel.
