As a result, the wire production facility has succeeded in reducing lead times by 30 percent and increasing on-time delivery levels to 95 percent thereby setting new standards for service.
This exceptional on-time delivery performance and the industry's most competitive lead times apply across the board, encompassing everything from standard wire through to complex multicore cable products.
Importantly, Tyco Electronics is now able to offer customers in the European market four week lead times on many complex multicore cables!
