The result of research and development, the Tellap palletless bulk bag, which has a patent pending, is a pallet in a bag, removing the need for pallets during both product transportation and storage.
Tellap bags can be used to transport, store and dispense a range of dry, loose and bulk products, including chemicals and minerals, pharmaceuticals, agricultural seeds and gains, and food commodities and ingredients.
David Dickinson, the president of Tellap, said that businesses will find Tellap's pallet-less system more cost effective and efficient than their old pallet-and-bag combinations.

Those businesses that have traditionally used bags have found that they can have the same style of bag designed as a Tellap." Tellap bags are also claimed to weigh less than the conventional bag and pallet - 10lbs, as against 55lbs - and can be stacked up to four bags high.
They can also be moved by just one operator, unlike a conventional pallet, which usually requires two, said the company.
David Dickinson believes the innovation behind the new pallet-less system will benefit businesses operating across all industries.
"This product offers businesses a competitive edge, over and above their rivals.
We're sure the Tellap pallet-less system will prove to be a winner for companies of all shapes and sizes.
Considering the pressure on companies to perform, particularly in an environment of increasing freight costs, any way a business can improve efficiency and cut costs is worth exploring.
And once staff see the way the Tellap system can improve the way they work, I am sure they won't miss those ugly pallets.".
