Linear systems lubrication improves
smoothness
Originally developed for miniature ball screws, greases provide significant improvements in both smoothness and dynamic life of anti-friction linear bearing and ball screw systems.

Low profile, high precision rotary bearings
What is claimed to be the ultimate in low profile, high precision rotary bearings has been introduced by PM Bearings and The Precision Alliance.
Miniature SS ballscrews resist corrosion
Quick deliveries are being offered for a range of miniature, vacuum hardened, corrosion resistant stainless steel ballscrews, which can be machined without loosing anti-corrosion properties.
When compared with the greases recommended and sold by other major linear bearing producers the new MSG Greases offer increased smoothness and over six times the result under a modified 'Timken OK Load Test'.
Test-1 shows how the MSG1 grease maintains a low coefficient of friction even at loads over four times that supported by the competitive products.
Test-2 shows that at high speeds the MSG2 grease provides the same low friction for about twice as long and for over three times the load of the competitive products.
These new greases are constructed from a new compound of super filtered synthetic lubricants.
The MSG1 is designed for extremely smooth precision motion in antifriction bearings.
The grease penetration number is a bit lower to ensure a glassy-smooth, non-sticky feel at low speeds where very fine positioning is required.
MSG2 has a higher penetration number so that it will stay in place during high speed motion, but not so stiff that it will cause churning or increased friction in high speed systems.
The lower friction provided by the new MSG grease reduces wear, increases life, and smoothness of recirculation, providing a significant advantage in the performance of linear systems.
