Digital gauge does work of three instruments
One digital pressure gauge does the job of three instruments - a mechanical gauge, transducer and switch - and saves on installation costs, pipe cutouts and space.

Dresser Instruments recently released the Ashcroft digital industrial gauge, which can be used for any combination of local indication, 4-20mA signal and switching.
It can be specified three ways: a.
4-20mA with adjustable turndown.
b.
Line powered (12-36V DC).
c.
(1) or (2) SPDT switches with deadband adjustable to the pressure range of the gauge.

Optional battery backup and a backlite are also available.
