Ultrasonic Scientific Launches New Htp Instrument
Ultrasonic Scientific introduces its first major product launch of the year with its new HR-US HTP High Through Put Spectrometer.
The roadshow will feature Ultrasonic Scientific's HR-US 102, which is ideal for analysing a wide range of liquid systems from dilute solutions to concentrated emulsion; the HR-US 102 SS for analysis of semi-solid material such as pastes and waxes; and the HR-US 102 HTP High Throughput spectrometer which is perfect for analysis of large quantities of samples.
Innovative HR-US ultrasonic technology, which was brought to market by Ultrasonic Scientific in the late 90's, provides an unprecedented range of new analytical capabilities for research, product development, quality and process control in food, biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical, polymer and other industries.
Applications of this technique include analysis of colloidal solutions, acidification of milk (yoghurt), gelatinisation of starch, melting of aqueous carrageenan solution, monitoring of the gelation process in milk and the optimisation of the composition of calcium fortified milk.
Dublin-based Ultrasonic Scientific Ltd appointed Polytec earlier this year, to distribute its range of ultrasonic spectrometers to companies throughout Germany.
Founded in 1967 to facilitate the commercial application of laser technology, Polytec is committed to superior performance and high value product solutions.
