The Vector is a true multi channel leak tester and is ideal for testing catheters, performing the test by routing air to the catheter for outer wall integrity, occlusion, and inter-lumen leak testing.

The Uson 'Vector' family of leak and flow testers introduces a new approach to testing, with an innovative modular design that allows users to choose only the features that may be needed for simpler requirements and expand the same unit to add capabilities for the most complicated applications easily and economically The Vector is a true multi channel leak tester and is ideal for testing catheters

To perform the test, air is routed to the catheter for outer wall integrity, occlusion, and inter-lumen leak testing.

By opening the valves to atmosphere, the leak tester checks for leaks between the lumens (crosstalk).

Precision engineered pneumatics and fixtures can be provided to seal catheter skives to allow mass flow measurements to be made for each lumen.

A single control unit is used for simple leak testing and an I/O module is added for test sequences.

Production line needs are met with plug-in control units and pneumatics, creating a multi-channel dual function system able to test up to twenty parts simultaneously.

Virtually every type of leak testing is performed by this PC-operated system, which is easy to set up and operate with an intuitive Windows-based menu structure.

Programming is simplified by software with pre-formatted test configurations easily modified to each application.

Features include diagnostics, data logging and remote troubleshooting.

Common hardware and software increases reliability, minimises downtime and reduces overall ownership costs.

Operator panels come in 19in rack, IP Rated enclosure or bench-top formats with either a 12.1in or 5.5in screen.
