A new Hapsite field portable gas monitoring and identification system, robust, weatherproof and battery-powered, automatically quantifies volatile compounds in minutes.

Uson in partnership with Inficon is offering the Hapsite field portable gas monitoring and identification system, a self-contained combination gas chromatograph and mass spectrometer giving accurate on-site analysis of volatile organic chemicals Tailor-designed for applications including emergency response, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene and hazardous waste site investigation, this robust and weatherproof battery-powered system automatically quantifies volatile compounds in minutes, with results that are directly comparable to laboratory analysis

Significantly reducing the cost, time and difficulties of environmental testing, it features an innovative direct-sampling system that eliminates the problems associated with conventional collecting, shipping, storing and analysing of samples.

Weight is about 35lb complete.

The instrument displays results in simple terms on its front panel and allows them to be saved on its hard drive or by downloading to a disc or connection to a PC.

Windows-based software allows customising of methodology and data analysis.
