Available in three different models, MG3 can be configured to meet virtually any set of requirements for multi-channel weld monitoring.

The MG3 features a highly flexible, full color run screen, which can be set up in four quadrants enabling display of numerical and/or waveform information for current and voltage from two welding stations, simultaneously.

A zoom function expands any quadrant to fill the whole screen with one parameter, if required.

Built-in SPC capabilities, including histograms and run charts, enable users to obtain visual information on the consistency of a weld process providing early identification of process variations before they become production problems.

Standards-based communications interfaces and built-in Compact Flash support seamless uploading of raw or summary data to SPC and QA monitoring programs.

The basic model provides two channels of current and voltage, allowing simultaneous monitoring of two welders.

The next model provides two channels of current and voltage and one channel of displacement monitoring, and the third model features two channels of current and voltage and two channels of displacement monitoring.
