Miyachi Unitek has introduced the Advanced Data Analysis Monitor for resistance weld processes.
The monitor provides relevant information to support ISO, GMP and TQM requirements.
It will monitor what happens during the weld and also before it is triggered, giving the user a 360deg view of the process.
SPC capabilities, including an integrated database and the Minitab 15 statistical software, enable the user to collect and analyse data.
Other key features include: current, voltage, power, resistance, force and cover gas flow monitoring; high-resolution sensors; pre- and post-trigger viewing; envelope limits; and an Ethernet communications capability.
Adam is a desktop unit that comes complete with a computer and wide-screen LCD monitor.
