X-ray equipment maker joins the UKIVA

Producer of a modular range of X-ray components, cameras and solutions which can be readily incorporated into industrial systems, 3DX-Ray has joined the UK Industrial Vision Association.

The UK Industrial Vision Association is delighted to welcome 3DX-Ray as its newest member 3DX-Ray offers a modular range of X-ray components, cameras and solutions which can be readily incorporated into industrial and security systems

The Company also produces turnkey X-ray units for laboratory, batch and pilot production industrial and security inspection applications.

UKIVA director, Don Braggins said: "Earlier this year we announced that it was the UKIVA's intention to broaden its remit to encourage companies involved in alternative methods of imaging such as infra- red, X-ray and ultra-high speed to become members".

"3DX-Ray are the first to join since that initiative and, indeed, are the Association's first member offering X-ray products." Established in 1996, 3DX-Ray has developed proprietary, modular software and hardware to provide innovative methods of acquiring, interpreting and presenting X-ray images in either 3D or 2D.

The technology is applicable to a wide range of products in many areas of industry, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, pharmaceutical, waste handling, packaging and food and beverage industries.
