High precision systems balance parts up
to 1500kg
Non-rotating vertical axis balancers provide single plane balancing in seconds and offer extreme accuracy - at around 60% of an equivalent rotating machines' cost.
Unibal NR (Non-Rotating) vertical axis balancers utilise proven LVDT sensor technology and the companys leading-edge, touch screen control and measurement software to provide single plane balancing in seconds. The cost-effective new units also combine simple, robust construction with extreme accuracy - at around 60% of the cost of equivalent rotating machines Further advantages of Unibals NR systems are the requirement for only minimal guarding and clamp-free, self-centring tooling. Furthermore, as components do not need to be accelerated and decelerated during readings, operating costs are minimised and cycle times are slashed to little more than that required for loading and unloading. The equipments lack of moving parts also ensures minimal maintenance downtime, as well as reliable performance over an extended service life

Course aimed at removing balancing 'mystique'
Keen to dispel the perception of dynamic balancing as a 'black art', a day-long, introductory-level course gives a fundamental appreciation of the principles of of balancing.
The new balancers are particularly suitable for components such as automotive brake discs, drums, fans or ?green grinding wheels and can be easily integrated within high volume production operations or manufacturing cells, with full data logging if required. A further range of I/O options can also be specified to meet individual application requirements.
Unibal NR series units are supplied complete with PC and touch screen display and will output results either as the amount and position of material to be removed from the component, or to be added to it to bring it into balance. In addition, the systems advanced controls and software are ideal for retrofit applications - enabling latest generation performance and accuracy to be achieved from customers existing balancing equipment.
