This will enable end users to fully automate and streamline document processing, significantly reducing the amount of time spent on manually dealing with paper documents.

Information from supplier and customer documents, including invoices and dispatch notes, are scanned into the system using Optical Character Recognition technology.
The 'smart' software recognises the document type and identifies the supplier before intelligently extracting specific references and amounts.
Combined with Access Dimensions, DbCapture will also enable end users to automatically validate any information extracted from the system.
