This new partnership sees Hoge100 re-selling Version One's document processing technology, DbCapture, which has been tightly integrated into Access Dimensions - a functionally-rich business and financial solution for SMEs.
Hoge100 customers will now be able to use Version One's software to automate the processing of purchase invoices, purchase orders and remittance advices directly from Access Dimensions, making considerable cost and efficiency savings.
Hoge100 customers no longer need to manually enter data from their business documents into Access Dimensions.
By batch scanning documents such as invoices, the Version One software automatically identifies the document type, extracts the pertinent information and verifies the data before uploading it into Access Dimensions.
