Compressed air measuring terminal is robust
Terminal for measuring compressed air, energy monitoring and leak detection has been given a robust, shock-, dust- and waterproof housing and backlit display reads out actual and total flow.
The improvement was made by VPInstruments after a close interaction with its customers.
The change was made because piping and pipe thread were often damaged during installation.
Or the device needed a little change to fit a certain type of process connection.
The flow path of the VPFlowMate has been optimised and the temperature measurement has been greatly improved, all adding to more accurate results of measurements.
The VPFlowMate in-line can be used for the following.
* Compressed air.
* Nitrogen.
* Argon.
* Helium.
* Other non-corrosive, dry gases.
It offers a two-row display with flow and totaliser readout.
Output signals are RS232, 4-20mA and pulse.
Flow ranges are 0-30, 0-60, 0-120 and 0-750m3/h.
With all the improvements, VPInstruments said that the VPFlowMate is even more ideal for measuring compressed air.
