These high quality fibres, manufactured to the highest standards, now give customers the benefit of buying at really competitive prices, regardless of which manufacturer's photoelectric sensors are to be used in the application.

Standard stock light guides are compatible with most photoelectric sensors and offer exceptional quality at factory direct low prices.

Significant cost savings can be made on all types of the standard range of fibre optic light guides and be compatible with most of the sensors that are available in the market today.

Custom light guides are also available, designed exactly to the customers specification.

Various lengths, bundle sizes, sheathing materials and end tips are available to suit any particular application, from prototypes and small volume to large production quantities.

The standard glass fibres, available from stock, are manufactured to exceptional quality standards and are drawn from the highest purity glass.

The very same fibre is available to customers for their own projects or product assembly with fast turnaround for those demanding custom needs.

Fibres are constructed from borosilcate optical glass fibre, optical grade epoxy, stainless steel and/or brass end tips, sheathing of flexible interlocking stainless steel (type 302) or PVC with monocoil steel reinforcement.

The Stainless Steel Sheathing models are suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures -45degC to +275degC (-50degF to +525degF).

The PVC monocoil reinforced models are suitable for applications where complete waterproof sealing is required and can operate between -40degC to +105degC (-40degF to +220degF).
