Low-cost, easy-to-use monitor that checks the profile of secondary current, secondary voltage, resistance and power for each weld warns if the process is drifting out of set limits.
Resistance welding monitor checks parameters
Upgraded resistance welding monitor can accurately measure primary currents under 50A and secondary currents greater than 100KA without changing sensors.
The L-Series Control provides msec by msec programmability in open loop, current feedback, voltage feedback, and power feedback modes.
Programmable air (setting weld cylinder pressure within the weld schedule) is also available as an option.
The WeldComputer Adaptive Control provides all of the L-Series Control functionality plus the capability to monitor current, voltage, conductance, power, force and/or pressure, workpiece thickness, and displacement.
Adaptive mode programming can compensate for variation in any or all of the monitored parameters.
The WeldComputer Adaptive Control has been shown to be an effective alternative to costly and inconclusive periodic destructive weld testing.
The kit contains replacement driver boards; the main board with processor, memory, IO, etc; all necessary cables (with connector terminations - no splices required); a 24VDC power supply for DIN rail mounting; miscellaneous hardware; L-Series or WeldComputer Adaptive Control software and control-specific hardware; installation instructions; and operating manuals.
Installation support, training, and resistance welding consulting services are also available.
WeldComputer Corporation is a manufacturer of advanced adaptive and conventional controls and monitors used to achieve resistance weld consistency and eliminate destructive testing.
