Weiler offers bronze and brass wire brush range

Weiler offers a range of brushes made with brass or bronze wire for non-sparking and metal finishing options.

Styles include wheel and cup brushes in both crimped and knot wire, wheel and end brushes with 0.25in stems, and power tube brushes in numerous diameters.

Common applications for non-sparking brushes include: decorative finishing; cleaning moulds and dies for extrusion and injection-moulding equipment; maintenance and fabrication in areas where flammable substances are present; and deburring component parts machined from soft, non-ferrous metal.

Non-sparking brushes are also used in petroleum production and refining, chemical production and processing, and manufacturing of plastics, synthetics and rubber.
