Process weighing company Weightron Bilanciai is launching four new product ranges at this year's PPMA show at the UK's NEC in September.

The stand will feature the company's new range of automated gravimetric liquid filling machines for filling containers from 100ml up to 1,500 litres.

The units, which have manoeuvrability and reach, are claimed to be noted for their compact yet versatile design, and both 'legal for trade' and ATEX certified versions are available.

Also on show for the first time will be Weightron's self-contained low profile vessel weighing kits, with capacities from 20kg up to 200 tonnes.

The stainless steel units come in pre-calibrated sets and the concept is claimed to significantly reduce installation and commissioning time.

Full integral side restraint and lift-off protection is a standard feature.

According to the company, traceability is without doubt the latest buzzword, especially in food and pharmaceuticals, and Weightron will be demonstrating its new recipe management system, together with the associated average weight and portion control modules.

The family of new products is completed with the recently introduced D440 ATEX certified weight indicator.

The D440 has a single and double weighing function and can be configured for simple dosing or filling applications.

A full range of ATEX certified load cells complement the indicator.
