The new, TorqueVario-S variable torque screwdrivers from Wiha make safe, torque-exact changing of inserts possible Different models are offered within the range of 0.1 to 8Nm

The torque value can be set with the provided Torque-Setter adjusting tool.

Unique is the numeric display of the torque value in the window scale, which is integrated in the handle.

Thus reading errors are practically eliminated.

The formed multi-component handle with integrated soft zone fits particularly well in the hand.

Unique also is the handle size concept with a total of four handle sizes, which are optimally designed for a respective torque range.

Colour-coded, continuously through hardened blades of high-quality CVM-steel are a further plus.

In order to protect both the tool and the screw, all torque handles limit the tightening torque as well as applying a special limit to the loosening torque.

This means that when loosening a screw the torque will be limited to a value that is approximately 50% larger than the tightening torque.

When the torque is reached, a clear audible sound and noticeable click indicates the release of the tool.

The mechanical components offer with continuous use, a repeatable accuracy, which extends far beyond the specified standard.

Each tool is inspected and laser-marked by Wiha with a specially developed calibration unit before shipment.

The user can read the results in the accompanying inspection certificate.

The following specifications are fulfilled: EN ISO 6789, BS EN 26789, and ASME B107.14M.
