The range is available to suit Wilson Lubricating System (WLS), the Amada airblow system (ABS), Old Style M12 punch bodies and is fully compatible with the Amada PDC tooling system.
All holders are produced from high quality hardened tool steel to ensure maximum durability with Wilson's patented Optima (trademark) coating applied to keys to ensure minimum wear.
External keyways are set at 0 degrees, 90 degrees and 135 degrees which enables angles of 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 (degrees), 270 degrees and 315 (degrees) to be obtained.
As with all Wilson punch press tooling, maximum regrind life from the tool is a prime productivity gain which enables tool inventory to be controlled.
