Gas plant protects copper alloy
continuous casting
Protective atmosphere gas plant has been delivered to manufacturer of copper and copper alloy products to be used in the continuous casting installation.
IGS delivers protective gas plant to manufacturer of copper and copper alloy products through its Mahler IGS division At the end of November 2002 Mahler IGS was awarded a contract from a Bulgarian company about the delivery of an EXO protective gas plant The plant will be used for generating a protective gas atmosphere for the process of continuous casting
Mahler IGS also delivered a very similar plant with the same capacity (40 Nm3/h) to this company in 1998.
The design of the new plant will contain improvements which are based on the operation experience gained on site in Greece.
