Call for Papers for Wallingford Software's 6th International User Conference, 14th and 15th September 2005

Wallingford Software, the global leader in the development of software tools for the water industry, today issued a call for papers for their International User Conference 2005 to be held on 14th and 15th September in the UK The 6th International Conference will be held at Wallingford Software's UK headquarters at Howbery Park in Wallingford, Oxfordshire

The manor house and spacious grounds beside the River Thames form an excellent setting for the three subject streams of the conference - Water Distribution Systems, Collection Systems, and River Systems and Flooding.

As in previous years, the event will attract delegates combining both users and prospective users from water utilities, engineering consultancies, and academia.

Papers for consideration for presentation are expected from across Europe, North and Central America, Asia and Australasia.

Announcing the call for papers, Sales Director of Wallingford Software Paul Banfield said "We hold local user conferences around the world, and in every case the feedback is excellent.

Without doubt they have been an essential part of building the strong user community that is central to the way we do business and decide product development priorities.

Our International User Conference is the biggest of our conferences, successfully combining the breadth of the full range of hydraulic systems - distribution, collection, river and coastal - with a depth of sophistication of user case studies that is second to none.

That makes the Conference an excellent forum for networking within the worldwide industry and keeping abreast of the latest directions in hydraulic modeling and data management.

"Everyone with an interest in advanced water modeling and water data management, whether submitting papers or not, will benefit from the event.

So make a date in your diary to spend September 14th and 15th in our company at Howbery Park.".
