A downdraught airbench is able to handle heavy fume and spark loads in applications that call for continuous welding, grinding and fettling Capitalising on WorkPoint Environment's leading expertise in developing application-specific downdraught workbenches, the new AirBench product slices around GBP 1000 off the cost of its closest rival - even though it benefits from the incorporation of large area cartridge filter technology

In this respect, the system provides a filter area of at least 40m2 for enhanced filter longevity.

Further, the new AirBench overcomes the increase in pressure drops that can be encountered as filters foul through the provision of a high pressure fan that facilitates reliable, predictable operation over the span of the filter's life.

Suited to MIG and TIG welding, WorkPoint's new AirBench also benefits from ease of maintenance whilst its in-built knee space provides increased operator comfort - important in applications demanding high operator performance levels.
