Waters has announced collaborations with members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to provide technology and expertise for food safety analysis and environmental regulatory compliance.
Waters has formally announced collaborations with the China Municipal Center for Disease Prevention and Control (China CDC), Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Prevention and Control (BJCDC) and The Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences (RCEES) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to provide technology and expertise for food safety analysis and environmental regulatory compliance Waters Corporation is one of the world's leading scientific analytical instrument companies in liquid chromatography (UPLC), mass spectrometry (MS) and laboratory informatics all of which are essential enabling technologies for the analytical laboratory

Support and sponsorship of scientific investigations of the Himalayas for the China Academy of Sciences (2005).
