Single-point lubricators raise bearing
performance

Single-point lubricators are designed to connect directly to existing grease or lubrication fittings and apply precise amounts of lubricant to bearings and other mechanical interfaces.

Wyko has introduced the new Timken G-Power and M-Power single-point lubricators, a new line of gas and motorized lubrication devices are designed to connect directly to existing grease or lubrication fittings and apply precise amounts of lubricant to bearings and other mechanical interfaces Proper lubrication is critical to machine performance and component longevity

Research indicates that more than 50 percent of all bearing damage is related to inadequate or improper lubrication.

Timken single-point lubricators dispense a precise amount of grease over a set period of time, extending component life, reducing operations downtime, and reducing the time and hassle of manual lubrication activities.

Available in three models, G-Power gas lubricators are designed for normal industrial settings, as well as high-humidity, high-corrosion, hygienically clean and low-ambient-temperature applications.

M-Power motorized lubricators feature reusable drive motors with battery or direct-wire power and replaceable lubrication canisters.

The two motorized M-Power models can also be programmed to distribute lubrication in periodic intervals based on 100 hours of machine operating time.

All single-point lubrication models are supplied filled with Timken grease. Request a free brochure from Eriks UK ...
