ASE Orders Microfocus X-Ray Inspection

The Hawk systems for ASE are now in full production at our UK manufacturing base." The X-Tek Hawk is ideal for most semicon packaging applications and for PCB's up to 530 x 350mm.
In use, this competitively priced high performance system offers a 5 axis fully programmable manipulator; geometric magnification up to 2400x; system magnification up to 6000x and feature recognition down to 1 micron.
